The Restoration of Rangers Graves Project and John McDonald( the man who gifted Rangers their first ball)
A few weeks ago we located the final resting place of John McDonald in Windsor,the man who is credited with gifting our Founders the Club’s first ever football.
We informed fellow supporter and friend Stuart Thomson who then contacted the Berkshire, London and South East Rangers supporters clubs.
Stuart has also spoken to the church where he is buried and also a stonemason. The ball is now rolling towards having the stone blast cleaned and a memorial plaque placed to a man who’s kind gesture sent our club off on an incredible journey.
